Cargo Claim Recovery: Extensive experience in representing cargo owners, insurers, and underwriters in recovering losses for damaged, short-landed, or lost cargo. We handle the entire recovery process—from issuing notices of claim to litigating breaches of the contract of carriage and pursuing recoveries under the Indian Carriage of Goods by Sea Act.
Charterparty & Bill of Lading Disputes: Resolving conflicts involving demurrage, detention, cargo damage, and breaches of contract between owners and charterers.
Ship Finance & Registration: Assisting with the purchase, sale, and financing of vessels, including registration under the Indian flag or foreign jurisdictions.
International Trade & Logistics: Advising on Incoterms, freight forwarding contracts, and warehouse-to-warehouse liability issues.
